Fall is in the air which means Halloween is near!

The Augusta Levy Learning Center and Wheeling Park Commission invite all ghouls and goblins to come out to Wheeling Park on Saturday, October 23, 2021, from 3 – 5 p.m. for a safe, fun, and free Trunk or Treat event that will include an inflatable fun zone, concessions, and an outdoor movie screening.

All trunk-or-treaters are encouraged to wear costumes as they traverse through the haunted parking lot to collect sweet treats from creatively decorated trunks. Children with special needs are invited to attend the event from 2 – 3 p.m.

As the sun sets, settle in for a 7 p.m. outdoor movie screening of the Disney Pixar film “Coco.” This trunk-or-treat event is free and open to the public.

Clubs, organizations, businesses and individuals wishing to participate by decorating their trunks and supplying treats must register by Wednesday, October 20. Creativity is encouraged, and prizes will be awarded for the most imaginative décor. To register, visit www.oglebay.com/trunk-or-treat.
