WVNCC Hosting Virtual ‘Managing Holiday Madnes’ Webinar

West Virginia Northern Community College’s (WVNCC) Mental Health Task Force is hosting a “Managing Holiday Madness” webinar on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, from 1 – 2 p.m. The virtual webinar will be held over Zoom and is open to the public. 

The webinar will be conducted by Ria Dark from WellConnect. WellConnect is the College’s free Mental Health provider for WVNCC students. During the presentation, Dark will explore how to avoid the holiday stress that comes with gift buying, social events, traffic, over eating and more. She will share tools that will help managing these stressful situations so people can better enjoy the holidays.
