City of Wheeling’s 311 and GovAlert Smart-Phone App Unavailable from July 1-4

Due to system upgrades, the 311 feature on the City of Wheeling’s website and the GovAlert smart-phone app will be unavailable from July 1-4. Access will resume on July 5.

These tools allow constituents to electronically share non-emergency situations, including, but not limited to building and property maintenance issues like overgrown lots, dilapidated and unsafe structures, abandoned vehicles and pothole repairs requests. The City implemented this improved system along with new internal processes in April to make operations more efficient and services more convenient for residents.
