Following the success of its recent Independence Day Fun Festival, Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack is excited to announce another summer event set to take place from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Aug. 2, 2024.
The family-friendly fun festival is open to the public and features an array of activities, live music, delicious food and more.
Event Highlights:
• Food Trucks: Indulge in a culinary adventure with over 10 food trucks offering a diverse selection of dishes from local favorites to classic American items.
• Fun Activities for All Ages: Enjoy a day packed with carnival games, interactive experiences and entertainment suitable for all ages.
• Local Vendors: Discover offerings from various local vendors showcasing their crafts and products.
• Live Music: Get ready to groove to the sounds of live music featuring an exciting lineup:

+ 3 p.m. – Tammy Jo & Iron Horse
+ 4:30 p.m. – Ashley Best Band
+ 6 p.m. – Rosie Gold Review
+ 7 p.m. – Devon Allen Johnson & Ruff Creek
• Beer Gardens: Relax and unwind at our Bud Light beer gardens while enjoying the festivities.
• Live Racing: Experience the thrill of live racing starting at 1 p.m., where guests can place bets and cheer for their favorites.
Free Admission! The public can enjoy all the festivities with no entry fee, rain or shine. It’s Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack’s way of again thanking the community for their support.
