Ohio County, WV – The Interstate 470, westbound, Exit 1, off ramp, in Wheeling, will be restricted, from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., on Monday, March 30, 2026, and Tuesday, March 31, 2026, for ditching.
Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Motorists are advised to slow down.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
