Wheeling’s Intermodal Transportation Center Painting Project Begins May 4

WHEELING, W.VA. – Painting of the structural steel at the Intermodal Transportation Center is scheduled to begin on Monday, May 4. Work will take place Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

During this time, the public should expect the presence of heavy equipment, temporary closures, sidewalk detours and restricted areas. At various stages of the project, surfaces may be wet with paint. Signage will be in place to provide guidance and ensure public safety.

The project is expected to take approximately three months to complete. Please note that the timeline is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
