Ohio County, WV – The intersection of 16th Street and Chapline Street, in Wheeling, will be restricted, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., on Monday, August 10, 2026, for an electric pole replacement. Flaggers will maintain traffic. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays.
