WHEELING. W.VA. – Crews will begin work Wednesday on the installation of a storm sewer near Community Street and Angle Avenue in the Elm Grove section of the City. The project is expected to impact traffic daily between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Motorists are encouraged to follow posted detour signs when accessing businesses and facilities in the area.
The work is expected to take approximately two weeks, although weather or unforeseen circumstances could affect the project schedule. The City appreciates the public’s patience and understanding as crews complete this important infrastructure project.
