Season Members,
We are less than one month away from the start of training camp, and we know that you are just as excited as we are to see Head Coach Derek Army’s crew navigate their way to the Kelly Cup Playoffs! There is a lot of fun to look forward to this season, and while you’ve seen some of the changes that everyone will enjoy, it’s now time to focus on YOU – our lifeblood, who we can count on seeing at every single game.
Unfortunately, we had our season member gift canceled on us due to supply chain issues last season, so this year, we are ecstatic to say that you will get TWO gifts!
The first gift comes as we upgrade the fan experience at WesBanco Arena with enhanced security to ensure that your safety is our number one priority. One of the new policies is that only clear bags will be permitted into the building. You will be receiving a new clear Nailers bag, which will allow you to still bring your necessities, jerseys, and personal good luck charms to the games. One bag will be distributed for each seat.
The second gift will be arriving in December, 
as everyone gets ready to ring in the holidays. There’s nothing better than showing off your fandom while celebrating that joyous time of year, so you will receive an exclusive season member Nailers Holiday Ornament to display in your home. One ornament will be distributed to each account.
Next, get those calendars out and put a circle around Wednesday, November 1st. That night from 6:00-8:00, we will be hosting our annual Meet the Team Party, exclusive to season members. This year’s location for the party is The Highlands Sports Complex. Season members will be able to meet the entire 2023-24 squad, enjoy hors d’oeuvres, and some of our young season members might even be able to challenge some Nailers players to some arcade games.
Finally, a select few of you will have a visitor knocking on your door to deliver your tickets for the upcoming season. Could this be your year? Find out if you get a call from your personal ticket representative.
