Marshall County Health Department received confirmation today of 3 deaths of Marshall County residents associated to COVID-19. Today, we received notification that we lost an 86-year-old male, a 77-year-old female and a 78-year-old female, all of whom were hospitalized at the time of their passing.

Our hearts are heavy with the loss of these Marshall County residents associated to COVID-19. The thoughts and prayers of the staff at the Health Department and all county offices are with the family and friends of these residents during this difficult time.

The Marshall County Health Department has also received confirmation of 225 new positive cases and 46 new probable cases.  These cases were received between January 15 and 18, 2022.  The Health Department continues to work on investigations and contact tracing for current active cases.

Free State PCR Testing is now available at Moundsville Pharmacy Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm and Saturday 9:00am – 12:00pm.
