With the “Wings Over Wheeling” air show that begins today at 10 a.m. the Wheeling Ohio County Airport. With the new urban splash pad that was turned on this week at Heritage Port in downtown Wheeling.
That’s because you turned IFs into WHENs.
“Wouldn’t it be really cool IF the airport put on one of those Blue Angel shows?”
“What IF the City put in one of those splash-pad fountains down on the riverfront?”
