An OPEN LETTER … to Clutter Attackers

An OPEN LETTER to the women who attacked Crissy Clutter …

Really? You want her house to get flooded because she’s waiting for the actual facts concerning the flooding in Ward 4?

And because Crissy Clutter has not adopted an anti-attitude about the proposed mixed village on the top of Woodsdale Hill, you actually typed on Facebook that you hope she’s infected with COVID-19? A granddaughter, daughter, sister, wife, and a mother of an eight-month-old baby girl, and that’s the curse you cast?

What is wrong with you? With both of you?

There is nothing wrong with awaiting facts before adopting a stance, and some of those answers are already available thanks to state reports. Let’s hope Wheeling’s council members adopt the city’s Planning Commission’s recommendation to hire an impartial consultant to research the rest. Is the lumbering the reason for the flooding, or is Mother Nature to blame?

With keyboard warriors willing to wish such hateful hopes, it is clear the time has finally arrived to solve the mystery and assign liability.

Sincerely.

The Sane
