An OPEN LETTER to … Frank Scenna’s Soul

An OPEN LETTER to the soul Of Frank Scenna …

You had to be the most fed up man in the world some days despite a wonderful family, but you were always one of the kindest, most informed, too.

The bitching and complaining, I’m sure, wore on you, but the storied scoops you must have heard?

You performed thousands of first cuts and last cuts, and every single time your patrons looked forward to the appointment because you would either instigate or cooperate with whatever topics surfaced during the snipping.

And you used scissors instead of the clippers most of the time, and that’s because you sculpted. One head at a time. And we know it meant something to you. That’s why we came back. You’re Frank, our old friend, our sounding board, and, in many cases, our mentor.

We will miss you.

Sincerely,

You Cut Our Dad’s Hair, Too
