An OPEN LETTER to … Local Foodies About a Food Court …

-

Dear Cuisine Connoisseurs:

Here’s a hypothetical for an area of Market Plaza in downtown Wheeling:

  • An investor constructs a building large enough for three small, commercial restaurant operations that would become a food court with one cashier.
  • The investor requests input from the public by suggesting five types of food and asking local residents to narrow those options to the best mix of three.

The five types of food are:

  1. 1. Burgers
  2. 2. Asians Noodles
  3. 3. Mexican Buffet
  4. 4. Single Slice – Pizza
  5. 5. Rice Bowls

And the best mix of three is?

Sincerely,

Anything Is Possible

p.s. Please leave your top three choices either in the comments on LEDE News or on LEDE’s Facebook page.

  1. Steve – Asian noodles, Mexican + gourmet pizza. We need more ethnic foods, and beyond standard pizzas. And Indian would be better than all 3 of these!
