H. Darlene Gump, Administrative Secretary

W.Va. Division of Highways, District 6

Moundsville, W.Va. 26041

Darlene:

We want to thank you for keeping us informed about the state-funded roadway construction work that takes place throughout the six-county area of District 6. You make sure media outlets have the information to share, and share we do.

We also appreciate the ongoing efforts to expand the information sharing with the public, and that’s why we would like to introduce a new idea.

Ya know how you send us notifications about projects that are soon to start? The ones that advise us of detours and length of project?

Well, our idea is this: How about a new round of emails announcing the completion of the projects so we can let locals know they can safely return to those areas?

If people know, it’ll fix the flow.

Sincerely,

Your Local Media
