An OPEN LETTER to … Valley Cheese Owner Janet Hedinger …

-

Janet:

We just wanted to say, “Thank you.”

Thank you for being a local entrepreneur, and for the pepperoni rolls, the Amish goods, the daily specials, the incredible inventory of lunch meats, the snack packs, the pickled baby beets, asparagus, Brussel sprouts, and Okra, and, of course, for all of the wonderful CHEESE!

And thank you for your terrific staff, for your customizing, your creativity, and for your high standards, and for your “count-on” consistency, for getting involved with the Wheeling community, for giving back, for your positivity and your persistent smile, and for making such a positive impact on the Centre Market Historical District.

OH, and THANK YOU for your sign that reads, “A DAY WITHOUT CHEESE IS LIKE A HUG WITHOUT THE SQUEEZE.”

Indeed!

Sincerely,

We Appreciate You
