A portion of US 40, between 645 and 653 National Road, in Wheeling, will be restricted to one lane from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., beginning Wednesday, August 2, 2023, through Friday, August 4, 2023, for gas line repair. Flaggers will maintain traffic. Motorists are advised to reduce speed and expect delays.
