On June 11, 2026; Detectives with the Belmont County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Interdiction Unit, assigned to Ohio Organized Crime Investigations Commission; executed an early morning search warrant at 72581 Uniontown Flushing Rd, Flushing, Ohio 43977 with the assistance of the Belmont County Special Operations Branch.
Sheriff James G. Zusack stated that the search warrant brought an end to a lengthy investigation. Three people were located on the premises and arrested. The parties were charged with multiple drug related charges. Inside the residence, Detectives located a large amount of suspected cocaine along with multiple manufacturing stations within the residence.
Arrested were 35-year-old Kody Vinka of Bellaire, Ohio, 37-year-old Lewis Dunn of Flushing, Ohio and 43-year-old Stacy Brown-Jaworski of St. Clairsville, Ohio.
All three have been booked into the Belmont County Jail on the same charges Administer/Manufacture Controlled Substance, Possession of drugs X 2 and Possession of drug abuse instruments.
