Marshall County, WV– Elm Avenue and Ash Avenue, in Moundsville, between First Street and Walnut Avenue, will be closed, effective immediately, Tuesday, October 21, 2025, through mid-September 2026, for bridge replacements. Motorists are advised to use an alternate route. Local traffic will be accommodated.
Alternate Route: Use First Street and Walnut Avenue.
