WHEELING, W.Va. — Families visiting this year’s Upper Ohio Valley Italian Festival can look forward to an exciting new Kids Zone experience as Cartoon Headquarters Inflatable Fun Zone of Nutter Fort, West Virginia, brings three days of fun, games, and entertainment to the festival.
Located in the grassy area in front of WesBanco Arena next to the City of Wheeling’s Splash Pad, the Kids Zone will feature inflatables, rides, games, an air-conditioned arcade area, and exciting activities for children throughout the festival weekend.
The highlight of the weekend will be the FREE Toy Story-themed Foam Dance Party, where kids can dance, play, and celebrate alongside Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, and friends in an unforgettable foam-filled experience featuring music, dancing, giant beach balls, foam, and plenty of photo opportunities.
