The election for city council positions highlight the ballot Tuesday in the city of St. Clairsville. Three new council members will be elected, along with the re-election of one council member, or the return of a former one.

The Bridgeport Police Department is seeking approval of a 5 mill levy from the voters in the village. The Bridgeport PD has lost 20 officers the last three years, all to higher paying jobs in the county.
