Martins Ferry's fourth annual Winterfest is set for Saturday from noon until 10 p.m., with festival central located at the corner of 5th and Hanover Streets.
Powhatan Point's Christmas in the Village make its return Saturday, November 13 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. The event was shelved for the pandemic in 2020, but is making its triumphant return, now in its 15th year.
