Rich and Jennifer Theaker recently made a large donation to the Martins Ferry Rec Center that will greatly aid the facility, and the city, in the new year.
Newellstown Diner in St. Clairsville opened its doors Christmas Day and provided both a Christmas pancake breakfast and Christmas dinner to patrons free of charge.
