Upgrades, New Offerings Coming to Ferry Rec Center

The City of Martins Ferry will soon begin assuming operating control over the rec center. Village Council approved funding to get the ball rolling for upgrades and facility improvements. Grants are being applied for, donations are being received, and Mayor John Davies is on a mission to greatly expand the recreational and community opportunities for Ferry residents, and beyond.
