Crime has been down across the board in Bellaire during the last few months thanks to the coronavirus pandemic and the rules mandated to help combat it.
Martins Ferry City Council took the first step in approving the tax break, or repayment, to East Ohio Hospital, LLC in order to help facilitate the purchase of needed upgrades for the former East Ohio Regional Hospital.
