Wheeling, WV — 11/05/2025 The Elm Grove Business Association is thrilled to announce the return of Christmas in the Grove on Saturday, November 29th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. This cherished community event will once again light up Elm Grove with the warmth of the holiday season — featuring family fun, local business highlights, and a new spirit of giving in support of neighbors affected by the 2025 floods.
Festivities will begin earlier in the day with a Small Business Saturday Scavenger Hunt, inviting the community to explore local shops, discover hidden clues, enjoy holiday specials, and enter to win prizes — all while supporting Elm Grove’s small business community.
The main celebration kicks off at 6:00 p.m. at 1 Monument Place featuring Santa and his elves, holiday music, warm refreshments, and the lighting of the Elm Grove Giving Tree — a symbol of hope and generosity for families impacted by this year’s flooding in Valley Grove, Triadelphia, and Elm Grove. Donations collected through the Giving Tree will go directly to assist those in need during the holiday season. We will have information available for those adoptable families in need.
“This year, Christmas in the Grove is not only about celebrating the season but also about giving back to our neighbors who are still rebuilding after the floods,” said Kristy Ferguson, President of the Elm Grove Business Association. “Our community has always stood strong together, and this event reflects that spirit of unity and kindness.”
This year’s event is made possible through the generous support of our sponsors: The Elm Grove Business Association, the City of Wheeling, and Savage Crane Services.
