WHO:                   City of Wheeling officials together with VFW Post 4442 Commander Wally McMasters and several Purple Heart Recipients

WHAT:                 Purple Heart Parking Project – Wheeling City Council passed an ordinance in February establishing three Combat Wounded Parking Zones in the City.

WHEN:                 2 p.m., Wednesday, April 19

WHERE:               In front of the City-County Building, 1500 Chapline St., near the Combat Wounded reserved parking sign.
