Dr. Suresh Srinivasan, Interventional Pain Management Physician, Trinity Health System, will be interviewed from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. today on Novotney Now, which is hosted by veteran journalist Steve Novotney, a voice in the Ohio Valley for nearly 20 years.
Dr. Srinivasan will be discussing the FDA’s approval of the opioid reversal drug Naloxone (the generic name for Narcan and Evzio) for over-the-counter use. The immediate and widespread availability of Naloxone will save lives from drug overdose, especially in our area where opioid addiction and overdoses are out-of-control.
