The theater auditorium is on the second floor, but there is a small elevator. There is wheelchair seating available in front of the first row of seats (quite close to the screen). There is the possibility of transferring to a theater seat.

There also will be a simultaneous showing of the movie on a screen in the Towngate lobby (first floor). Closed captions will be turned on for both screens. The first-floor concession stand will sell soft drinks, water and popcorn.

People can bring their own snacks and drinks.
