A portion of County Route 12, near 1193 Grand View Road, in Moundsville, will be restricted to one lane from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. beginning Monday, September 25, 2023, through Friday, September 29, 2023, for new electric service. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Motorists are advised to reduce speed and expect delays.
