Home Cooking with Jess – 20-Minute Chili

-

If you don’t cook much, you can make chili.

If you have an instapot or pressure cooker… you can make chili… fast.  It requires you to cook the ground beef. But the rest of the ingredients are canned, dumped beans and tomatoes.

I could NOT believe that’s this chili would come together like this. I slow simmer chili for two hours normally. I was super pumped to make it in TWENTY minutes.  What a time saver!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • 2 cans of chili ready tomatoes
  • 1 can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 1 can of kidney beans
  • 1 can of black beans
  • (1 diced onion and 1 diced green pepper)
  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Brown the ground beef.
  2. Put all of the ingredients into a pressure cooker for 20 minutes.
  3. Serve with cheese, sour cream, bread, chips or crackers.

Enjoy!
