Ohio County, WV – Interstate 470, eastbound, on Ramp C, in Wheeling, will be closed, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., on Friday, September 4, 2026, for drainage maintenance. Motorists are advised to use an alternate route.
Alternate Routes: Use 29th Street and Interstate 70 eastbound.
