Ohio County, WV – Interstate 470, eastbound, on Ramp 1C, in Wheeling, will be restricted to one lane, from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., on Monday, August 17, 2026, and Tuesday, August 18, 2026, for deck repair. Also, Ramp 1C will be closed on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, for deck repairs. Motorists are advised to use an alternate route.
Alternate Route: Use WV 2/US 250 to Interstate 70 eastbound.
