Brooke County, WV – County Route 2/23, Wellsburg Bridge, will have intermittent lane closures, both eastbound and westbound, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., beginning on Monday, August 10, 2026, through late September, for bridge maintenance. Work will be performed Monday through Saturday. Emergency vehicles will be accommodated.
Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
