The John Marshall Golf Team will be offering our fourth Marshall County Middle School Golf Clinic hosted by Oglebay Resort and Brooke Hills Park.  The clinic dates will be: May 19, 20, 24 & 26.  The program is open to public and private middle school boys and girls currently enrolled in grades 6-8 in Marshall County.

The clinic plans to offer instruction in the basics and fundamentals of golf from chipping and putting to driving and iron play.  The clinic will also include instruction on the morals, values and ethics that are so important in the life-long sport of golf.

The plan for the clinic includes:  Wednesday, May 19 and Monday, May 24; Chipping and putting at the Crispen Center practice green from 5:45-7:30.  On Thursday, May 20 and Wednesday, May 26 we will offer driving and iron play at the Oglebay driving range from 5:45-7:30. Participants may also have the opportunity to play some Par 3 those days as well.  On Friday, May 28 the participants will travel to Brooke Hills Park for a day of driving range, golf and putt-putt.

Instruction for this clinic will be provided by the John Marshall golf coaching staff with assistance from members of the team.
