This past week the publishers of LEDE News made the difficult decision to “shut down” for a “few” days to migrate the digital media site to a larger server to better handle the nationwide traffic we attract on a daily basis.

And yes, it did take more time than initially thought but we wanted to be sure the kinks were smoothed so our readers could better enjoy our articles and opinion columns without the delays that were realized before the switch. As we approach our one-year anniversary on October 30, the site has grown in content and readers. With the election cycle really heating up this month, we wanted to be positive our coverage is delivered as smoothly as possible.

To Non-Profits:

As we have announced before, we would like to include your press releases our LEDE News to ensure we are serving our Upper Ohio Valley community to the best of our ability. Please send those releases to info@ledenews.com and they will be published in a timely manner.

On occasion, of course, those press releases could turn into an article written by one of our writers, so be sure to email them so we can consider those stories.

To Local Small Businesses:

About a week ago, LEDE News made a call out to our locally owned small businesses to contact us so we can assist with the marketing of your restaurant, boutique, retail shop, or business operations.

We have published a few articles for those that have contacted us so far, and it is our hope that we can continue to help our entrepreneurs in the Upper Ohio Valley. Please send us an email to info@ledenews.com, and a member of our staff will be in contact with you in the near future.
