Maintenance Altering Traffic Patterns Near I-470 this Week

Ohio County, WV – A portion of Interstate 470 eastbound and westbound, will have 24- hour left lane closures, from West Virginia milepost 1.5 to Ohio milepost 6.0; and the Exit 2 westbound on ramp, from Bethlehem, will have a 24-hour closure, beginning at 6:00 a.m., on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, through 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, for bridge maintenance.

Traffic directors and message boards will be used to direct traffic. Motorists will be detoured to Exit 5 and are advised to slow down and follow signs.

Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
