Marshall County, WV – On Friday, September 19, 2025, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19-year-old Paul Adam Woods III on one count each of Sexual Assault 2nd degree, Sexual Assault 3rd degree, Strangulation, and Abduction of a person with the intent to defile. The offenses were committed against a 14-year-old Juvenile.
Woods remains lodged at the West Virginia Northern Regional Jail on a $500,000.00 Cash Bond.
