Mayor Denny Magruder will deliver his first State of the City address at noon, Tuesday, Jan. 28 at the Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack, 1 S. Stone Street.
Tickets are available via Etix at https://rb.gy/uq4fvk or by visiting the WesBanco Arena Box Office, 2 -14th Street, Wheeling. The event is free to attend. Lunch is optional for $15. Please note doors open at 11:30 a.m. A photo ID is required to enter the casino.
