Utility Committee Meeting Time Changes in St. Clairsville

The City Council Utility Committee meeting start time will change to 6:15 P. M., effective for the next meeting on Monday, August 1, 2022. The meetings are conducted in the City Council Chamber on the 2^nd floor of the City’s Municipal Building (100 N. Market St.) prior to the full City Council meeting which begins at 7:00 P. M.

City Council President Velas and the Utility Committee members encourage residents to attend and be informed.
