The West Virginia State Capitol has been extensively renovated over the past several years.

Gov. Patrick Morrisey, State Senator T. Kevan Bartlett, R-Kanawha, and Delegate Jonathan Pinson, R-Mason, will join other invited local representatives and pastors – as well as Turning Point USA representatives – for a memorial and vigil in honor of Charlie Kirk. Gov. Morrisey will deliver a keynote address, and the other invited guests will share words of remembrance.

“Charlie Kirk’s life reminds us that one person with conviction can influence a generation,” Pinson said. “This event is about more than looking back; it is a call to each of us to stand with courage for the values that matter most.

The event, “Remembering Charlie Kirk – a Call to Courage,” is free of charge and open to the public.
