A portion of US 40, near 777 National Road, in Wheeling, will be restricted to one lane from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., beginning Wednesday, February 22, 2023, through Saturday, February 25, 2023, for fiber optic installation. Flaggers will maintain traffic. Motorists are advised to reduce speed and expect delays.
