Ohio County, WV – The Interstate 70 westbound right lane, in Elm Grove, will be closed, near milepost 5.23, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., on Thursday, November 20, 2025, for a bridge inspection. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays.
