Novotney: All Voices Are Welcome During This Election Year

Each Sunday LEDE News features political commentaries from Dolph Santorine and Erikka Storch, registered Republicans and conservatives by nature, and they each let us know their thoughts on particular political topics.

This week? Mr. Santorine has delivered his concerns over the differences between the GOP and the Democrat Party at this time, and Mrs. Storch has initiated her explanation on the current status of the state budget process.

But you can add your insights, too, if you choose to compose an opinion piece that pertains to the Wheeling area and local, state, and national politics. And you can be a member of any political party, too, because LEDE News includes, well, everyone. Not only is our content unbiased, but so are our advertising opportunities, and that includes the political ads that have started to appear on our pages.

Please note that this is not an invitation for free advertising for your favorite candidate in any race nor should it be considered an open invite for candidates or incumbents to advertise their respective campaigns. Any entry attempting to do so will not be accepted.

Any individual wishing to contribute an “Op-ed Column” or a “Letter to the Editor” can do so by emailing the content to: steve.novotney@ledenews.com. When doing so, please include your name and a phone number at which you can be reached so we can verify your identity and discuss your composed content before its publication.

We hope to hear from you soon.
