The outstanding artistic talents of Ohio County Schools students will soon be featured at the school system’s annual “Celebration of the Arts.”

Ohio County Schools will host the “Celebration of the Arts” at 4:30 p.m. on April 12 at Wheeling Park High School. Displays and performances will take place in the J. B. Ohio County Schools Superintendent Kimberly Miller said the arts are an important part of the curriculum at each grade level, and the artwork produced by students is a source of pride throughout Ohio County Schools.

“We have exceptionally talented students in Ohio County Schools, and that’s why fine and performing arts are a priority,” Miller Said. “‘Celebration of the Arts’ is one the best events each year because it is a showcase of the wide range of talent and creativity of our students. We want our parents and community members to see how gifted these students truly are. I hope everyone can attend to witness how accomplished these young people are as musicians, painters, sculptors and performers.”
