Lane Restriction on County Route 14, Pine Hill Road, in Wheeling, to Begin Monday, September 28, 2026
Marshall County, WV – A portion of County Route 14, Pine Hill Road in Wheeling, will be restricted from the intersection of WV 88 to the intersection of Border Lane, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., beginning Monday, September 28, 2026, through September 2027, for pipe replacement, milling, paving, and guardrail replacement.
Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Motorists are advised to reduce speed and expect slight delays.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
