A portion of County Route 4 (Clearview Avenue), in Wheeling, will be closed, from milepost 1.75 to milepost 1.76, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., beginning Monday, April 28, 2025, through Friday, May 9, 2025, for slip repair.
Flaggers will accommodate emergency vehicles and school buses. Motorists are advised to use an alternate route.
Alternate route: Use WV 2 or County Route 3 (Cherry Hill Road) or County Route 3/1 (Highland Avenue).
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
