A portion of Interstate 70 eastbound will be closed through the Wheeling Tunnel, from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, to wash the westbound side of the tunnel. On Wednesday, July 26, 2023, the westbound lanes will be closed from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. to wash the eastbound side of the tunnel.
Alternate Route: Interstate 470 to US 40 to US 250.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
