Q3 Drawing for Conquer the Cones – October 2 at 11 AM

The third-quarter drawing for Conquer the Cones will take place on October 2 at 11 AM by the flagpole at the waterfront. Sponsored by Paree Insurance, this quarter’s grand prize is $1,000. The Wheeling CVB is set to sponsor the upcoming quarter.

Conquer the Cones, Dine Downtown, Collect Cash: A Thrilling Campaign to Boost Restaurant Patronage Amid the Street Scape Project

In response to the challenges faced by local restaurants due to the ongoing Street Scape Project, a new campaign has been launched to rally community support. Sponsored by Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration, the Conquer the Cones initiative encourages patrons to dine at participating downtown restaurants for a chance to win big—up to $1,000 in cash.

How It Works:

                •              Campaign Details: Diners can enjoy meals at any of the 12 featured restaurants located in the construction zone.

                •              Win Big: Collect stamps by dining at six or all 12 restaurants, and submit your completed ticket at any of the participating locations for a chance to win $1,000.

                •              Prize Announcement: The winner of the next grand prize will be revealed on January 1, 2025.
