A portion of WV 2, northbound and southbound, in Moundsville, from milepost 19.0 to milepost 18.0, will be restricted to one lane, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, and Thursday, July 6, 2023, for tree removal. Flaggers will maintain traffic. Motorists are advised to reduce speed and expect delays in this area.
